About Sell Job Records to AI

People who read field service vendors' terms and the record-keeping rules of the trades through their own document reader, keep a copy of each document they quote, and answer every enquiry themselves.

Why it is here

A service firm's history is spread across a job app, an accounting package and the compliance records the law makes it keep, each under its own vendor's terms. This site puts those terms next to the record-keeping rules so the owner knows what is theirs to license.

Who will find it useful

Owners and operations managers of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, alarm and other service firms whose years of jobs sit in a field service system, and the advisers helping them close or sell.

Inside this site

Start with the quote form: it answers one question, "sell job records to ai", on the page, with no account needed. Next come 4 guides on nearby questions. Then the data (figures, and how they were made) and the sources, every one linked.

What it will not do

  • We do not rank field service software; each row is the vendor's own sentence and our reading of it.
  • We do not ask for customer names, site addresses or job exports in the form.
  • We never pass an enquiry to a vendor named on the board.

The person responsible

How to reach us

Use Contact or write to enquiries@selljobrecordstoai.com. The legal side is on Terms and Privacy.

No field service vendor or buyer pays to appear on this site, and there are no affiliate links. Every answer is how we read a vendor's published document, never advice on the contract your firm signed. Our fee: if a firm licenses or sells its job records to a buyer we introduced, it pays us 12.5% of the deal, with a minimum, when we act as its exclusive agent, or 10%, with a minimum, when its records join a bundle or the pool, agreed in writing first; any fee a buyer pays us is credited back to the firm.
