A short list of organisations say on their own pages that they take a company's operating records. Some license the data and pay for it, some run a marketplace, and some broker a sale for the owner.
Who names job or dispatch records
Nyne names jobs, dispatch and the service records that show work moving start to finish; Mercor lists dispatch logs and work orders among the data it licenses; Polyshares licenses a business's operational record on a perpetual exclusive licence, and the company keeps ownership of the data.

The first step with each buyer
Most start with a short estimate or intake: Nyne asks three questions, Polyshares makes an offer within one to two weeks of its intake, and Grepped takes an email.

What they say about rights
Polyshares says the company keeps ownership of the underlying data; Nyne warns that being able to export a record does not by itself give permission to license it; micro1 commits not to resell data until personal and identifying information has been anonymized.
